Recover your User ID or reset your password through your registered mobile number.

For security and SMS cost control, a mobile number can receive a maximum of two recovery OTPs during any seven-day period.

Forgot Password
Enter your username and receive an OTP on your registered mobile number. Forgot User ID
Enter your registered mobile number to recover your User ID.

Username

An OTP will be sent only when this account has a valid registered mobile number.

Registered Mobile Number

No OTP will be sent when this mobile number is not found in the users table.
